Troubleshooting Tips: Releasing the Cleaning Magic 

Did you know what shipping one truck of Infuse concentrate replaces 30 trucks of 32-oz bottles of most traditional cleaning liquids? It’s just one of the things that makes our Infuse cleaning system so special — reducing environmental impact, the use of fossil fuels, landfill waste, and hassle. 

When you’re mixing our cleaning concentrate with water and aren’t sure if it is releasing or not. Check to see if the small nipple at the top of the cartridge is pushed down. If it is not then, try tightening the sprayer (on the spray bottle) or the grey caop (on the spray mop) until you hear a click and see concentrate begin to infuse into the water. 

If for some reason the cartridge won’t release, you can easily use a spoon to press down on the cartridge nipple, which will manually trigger a release. But first, be sure that the bottom of the cartridge is inside the bottle, to avoid any spillage!

Let’s recap:

  1. Check to see if the nipple at the top of the cartridge has been pressed down and the bottom has popped open. 
  2. If it hasn’t, then be sure to thoroughly tighten the spray head (spray bottle) or grey cap (spray mop). The bottom of the cartridge should pop open.
  3. If it doesn’t, then use a spoon to manually press down on the small projection at the top of the cartridge, to release the concentrate.
