Mop sprayer not working? We’ve got this.
Troubleshooting Tips: Loose Connections & Trapped Air Are Simple Fixes
A big part of designing the Infuse system is making sure that every piece fits together perfectly. So if you’re having trouble with the sprayer not spraying, it might be that the pieces aren’t lined up.
Take a moment to check the poles. If they aren’t fully engaged, then they could slip out of place and keep the sprayer from working properly. An easy way to make sure that everything is lined up is to double-check that the white tab has clicked into the square metal hole.
Next, check the spray trigger. It should give a bit of resistance, feel tight as with any spray bottle.
If it doesn’t, then it could be because of trapped air. Sometimes air blocks the sprayer, but there’s a simple solution. Lay the mop flat on the ground and pump the trigger a few times, to release trapped air pockets.

Let’s Recap:
- Double-check that the mop poles are securely in place, with the white tabs clicked through the metal hole. Otherwise, the trigger won’t work.
- Test the spray trigger. If it doesn’t give some resistance check the poles again.
- Lay the mop flat on the ground and pump the trigger. This will release the trapped air.
