Where's my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a link to track your estimated delivery date. If you have other questions regarding your order please don’t hesitate and let us know by shooting us an email at email@example.com or giving us a ring at 1-800-493-2205. The more information we have the better we'll be able to help you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Mostly everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship to you – anything out of stock will be noted otherwise. If for some strange reason an item you have ordered is out of stock, we'll be in contact with you within 24 hours after your order has been placed to let you know.
Can I get free shipping on my order?
Sure! But there’s a catch. Any order over $30 ships free automatically no matter the size of the order [48 contiguous US states only]. For any order under $30, simply go to the cart page and enter in your zip code to see an immediate estimate on shipping costs.
Can I use a gift card for an online purchase?
Yes, but the card needs to be registered to you before making the purchase (no matter if it is a Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX). Before checking out on site, register the card with the card provider and enter your billing information. Once the card is registered you can continue with your purchase and when checking out on our site, enter your billing information (attached to the card) and you are good to go.
I'm having issues with my product, am I using this correctly?
Check out our YouTube page for videos and demos of some of our top selling items. If a video is not there and you still have questions on how to replace a refill, or your product is broken, let us know ASAP. Either email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-493-2205.
