Warranty Policy

Casabella warranties that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained in accordance with all requirements outlined in the product insert and/or packaging, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions found at Casabella.com. If a product fails within this period, don't hesitate to contact Consumer Service at info@casabella.com or 800-493-2205. Your product will be replaced with the same product (or an equivalent) at no charge. Proof of purchase date required.

Casabella Original Mop (item#8550008) comes with a Lifetime warranty for defects in material or workmanship. Proof of purchase date required.

Casabella Infuse Spray Mops (item#8500460/8500461) have a Limited Lifetime warranty for up to five (5) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase date required.

Our warranty policy does not apply to replacement mopheads, refill pads, cloths, sponges, Infuse concentrates, and gloves. These items, if found defective, will only be replaced within 90 days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase date required.
