Shipping & Processing
All products shipped within the contiguous 48 states are sent by FedEx ground delivery from our Congers, NY warehouse and should arrive within 7-10 days from our receipt of your order. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please call customer service at 800-841-4140; a shipping rate will be quoted prior to accepting the order. Casabella orders received Monday through Friday by 8 AM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the next business day on in-stock items. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Please allow extra time for orders placed during holidays.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service and generally will arrive in 5-7 business days. For even faster delivery we offer Two Day Express Service for an additional surcharge. Shipping charges are calculated for each shipping address.
